As a staunch fan and connoisseur of his regional home, the Swabian Alb, Michelin-star chef Gerd Windhösel has developed his own signature style in the kitchen. The cuisine of Michelin-star chef Gerd Windhösel has always been deeply rooted in the region. It’s not surprising that one of the leading German trade journals, Der Feinschmecker, described his food as the best regional cuisine in Baden-Württemberg in its “Baden-Württemberg” bookazine. Whether Alb lamb, Alb Wagyu, Alb buffalo, or organic vegetables from the local grower, Chef Windhösel only ever uses top quality products.
